Anime Question

Does anyone know the name of this Anime? I saw a YouTuber upload a video for it. It wasn't in English. Not even the title was in English. It was all in Japanese symbols and language. I am still learning the language.

This looks to be an interesting Anime. If you know the name of it. And how many seasons/Episodes/OVA/Movies it has please let me know. I would really like to watch Anime. Thank you.
