Name instances of what you consider Van Helsing Hate Crimes( link) happening in anime.

Here's this scene from Konosuba where Aqua the goddess attacks Wiz the lich, who was just being a shop keeper and didn't plan on hurting any innocent people.
Thankfully, Kazuma, the protag, put a stop to it.

Arthur Auguste Angel (who's a badass, by the way) tries to kill Rin even after he's subdued because he's the spawn of Satan and he's the Paladin and has been given orders to kill anything Satanic.
It might actually fit the description, cuz he still doesn't like Rin, Mephisto, or other demons even after the's given orders to not kill Rin.
