What anime girl shoul I cosplay?

Hey! I'm 12 years old, and just starting to get into cosplay. I wanna cosplay as someone whose cute and cool. I have short, medium-dark blonde hair, blue green eyes, and freckles. And nothing slutty, skimpy, no cleavage. I'm 12, years old. Simply make-up is fine. This isn't for a convention, it's just for fun! But if I find a good answer, I might wear to a con, next time I go! Thanks to whoever answers!
