How do you join a Fanpop club?

How do I join this anime club? There is no button saying join club, join this,etc. When you find the club and browse it does it get added to your joined clubs on your profile? Because I have visited the club and nothing appears on my profile. Can you join only one club or can you join as many as you want?

There should be a green button near the top of the page that says "Become a fan". Just click this button, and it will be added to your joined clubs.

You have to actually join the club to see it on your profile.

You can join as many clubs as you want.
