Help with name plz

The anime is about gambling. The friend of a main character died or something and he owed a debt and he couldnt pay for it.
The main character then owns that debt but doesn't have znough money to pay for it so he goes gambling. A rich people corporation then sends a guy to talk to him about gambling for money to pay his friends debt. The whole anime is about gambling. Thx
