Kyoukai no Rinne. It's a romantic comedy about a half-human/half-shinigami and a human. It's sort of a cross between Inuyasha and Bleach. There is also some action to keep the series interesting, plus there is no complex plot which you need to follow closely. It's a relatively new anime which you can watch subbed on most anime sites, but there is no English dub yet.
