The best and the worst is the same person to me. It's obviously Uchiha Madara from Naruto. He's so good at being bad and he's so horrible, he actually succeeded in taking over the world (though it was only temporary, thanks to Kaguya)! Sorry to those of you that didn't know this yet..maybe I should've typed SPOILER ALERT first...

if u didnt notice....it wasnt madara's doing it was black zetsu's manipulation.all plan to revive kaguya.sorry SPOILERS.........!!!!!!!!!!!!
