Keigo Atobe in Prince of Tennis. I don't know if he is one of a kind or not, but he really is noble and royalty, since he was born in the most wealthy family in Japan due to his father's corporation(security). He refers himself as "Ore-sama" and is known as the "King" in his school and tennis world. He even has the legendary credit card and he even has his own castle in England! His mansion was based on the Palace of Versailles in France, and he's top in everything! In other words, his entire life is very royalty.

Almost all the characters in Saiunkoku Monogatari are from noble families and are connected to the main royal family. The Emperor is Ryuuki, the guy on the right. I thought this anime was really interesting btw, in fact it's on my list to rewatch.
