Yes he might be a jerk and getting on your nerves. BUT cliff, one of the makers of Fanpop, told me himself that even if someone is bullying you and cursing and making trouble you shouldn't get involved. My account got screwed up because I tried to defend my friends and myself from bullies.
Cliff told me that it is very hard for them to pick a side and choose who is at fault if you go fighting them back. He told me if someone started to bother me just report them and go straight to him. Never curse at them or fight back. I know it sucks and you want to defend yourself. But just let Fanpop handle them.
So if he is causing trouble just report him, send a message to Fanpop showing them and giving them these links.
Don't try to get others involved or yourself. Let them take care of it.
Trust me, if he has done enough of stuff like this he'd be taken care of.
Hating Naruto doesn't make you a jerk but displaying that hate in a certain way can make you into one. To everyone whose automatically getting on Scorpion15's side. Look at both sides objectively and understand who was right and who was wrong. Rather than automatically jumping to a certain side.
If you truly think he is a jerk (Huge one) in anyway. Talk to the f4 or report him.
And be done with it from there.

While Scorpion15's opinions and mine are at many times the exact opposite (like extremely; on the opposite sides of the spectrum), I don't really count him as a huge jerk. I don't care if he hates Naruto (even though it's my favorite anime/manga) because I know that there are various kinds of opinions that I don't not agree with. As long as someone doesn't try to force their opinion on others, insult the people who like it, or keep publicly vocalizing their 'hate' over and over again, then I could care less. Trust me, I've seen some REAL jerks before I got here, so Scorpin15 is not that much of a big deal like... them. Compared to those jerks, the guy is not really a jerk. I'm not trying to stir things up more or defending anyone, I'm on no one's side actually; just a bystander, but I'm just saying my thoughts on this.

Also, about people not liking Naruto being jerks *smiles a little and hugs you* It's not necessarily true.. I mean, a lot of my best friends don't like anime and Naruto. I have a reeeallly close kouhai in school who HATES Naruto and she hasn't even watched it... My point is, Naruto is ofc a bae of an anime. I would know, there's not another anime I love as much as it. But, yeah, maybe people who like Naruto are generally easier to get along with if you liike it yourself, because for most Narutards, Naruto is an all compassing dedication... But calling someone a jerk because they don't like is wrong unless like y'know they're shoving it in your face and expect you to hate it too

Well if you don't know then let me tell you that we have right to express and freedom of speech then why the hell you are having problem with his opinion of hating Naruto?....It doesn't make sense.If your friend can say anything to him then why can't he say anything to do that person huh....seriously your question is just a nonsense and nothing.
What does hating Naruto have to do with him being a jerk? Like that doesn't make sense at all. Now if he was insulting Naruto fans because he hated the anime now THAT would make him a jerk.
Moving on, I don't know about the whole thing between him and IllusionDolls but like I have seen people state, he only, if he actually did anyways, delete his own comments. He has no control over HER comments. Fanpop admins/staff/whatever probably removed both of their comments.
Okay as for the last picture, I honestly am trying to stay off siding with anyone here because I don't know the full story and I don't want to make assumptions but maybe he and the user in the picture made up after this? I don't know but I'm staying out of this.
Oh and also, can you not ask questions like this on the ANIME spot. Unless Scorpion15 is actually an anime character.

Yes! Agreed and I especially agree on the part where you say that he can't delete her comments cause no one can delete anyone else's comments
Just to let you know though, he in fact does not go around reporting people every-time he argues with them cause that would mean every blood argument he gets in would have comments deleted which is impossible
