They all have some gory/bloody scenes and action~

"Another"

In 1972, a popular student in Yomiyama North Middle School’s class 3-3 named Misaki passed away during the school year. Since then, the town of Yomiyama has been shrouded by a fearful atmosphere, from the dark secrets hidden deep within.

Twenty-six years later, fifteen-year-old Koichi Sakakibara transfers into class 3-3 of Yomiyama North and soon after discovers that a strange, gloomy mood seems to hang over all the students. He also finds himself drawn to the mysterious, eyepatch-wearing student Mei Misaki; however, the rest of the class and the teachers seem to treat her like she doesn't exist. Paying no heed to warnings from everyone including Mei herself, Koichi begins to get closer not only to her, but also to the truth behind the gruesome phenomenon plaguing class 3-3 of Yomiyama North.

Based on Yukito Ayatsuji's popular supernatural mystery/thriller novel, Another follows Koichi, Mei, and their classmates as they are pulled into the enigma surrounding a series of inevitable, tragic events—but unraveling the horror of Yomiyama may just cost them the ultimate price.

Baccano! - A really bloody anime. It's also really funny and considered a masterpiece by many.

Death Parade - It gets really intense and serious~ I wouldn't consider it too bloody, but there is some. I think you'd like this one the most :)

Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu - This fits all of your categories. Bloody, action, and horror~

Mirai Nikki - It's gory and has lots of action, but I know you probably won't like or give this a try :P

Zankyou no Terror - Another really intense and awesome anime.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

It's one of the greatest anime out there and my personal favorite. The story is brilliant, characters aren't just two demential, but with dept, etc. And overall feels very completed and gives everything it can give to the viewers.

Genres: mainly action and adventure.

HUNTER X HUNTER!

This anime is one of my all-time favorites, it's so amazing and well-done! I love it! Okay, so it's basically about a boy named Gon Freecs becoming a 'Hunter' to find his father, Ging Freecs, and also find out why Ging abandoned him to become a Hunter himself. Along the way Gon meets many people, and makes friends, also becoming a Hunter. I won't spoil anything, since I want you to be able to watch the awesomeness of this anime unfold yourself, but I'll give some caution. There are TWO different versions! Hunter x Hunter 1999, and Hunter x Hunter 2011 (the remake, to be blatant). BOTH ARE AMAZING.

1999 is darker, but 2011 is loyal to the manga and has literally NO FILLERS. I'd start with 2011, if I were you.

The animation is priceless, and the characters are done extremely well. Trust me, you'll love them! A LOT! Also, another note to be made, there are some people out there who like to say Hunter x Hunter is a rip-off of Naruto... well, they're wrong. Hunter x Hunter came out BEFORE Naruto, so that was just some clarification that needed to be made.

I would also recommend Yu Yu Hakusho, but for the sake of keeping the words I've already typed to a limit, I'll stop here. But seriously, give Hunter x Hunter a try! :>
