Fate/Zero and Steins;Gate. They start out slow but stick with it and you'll love it.
NGNL and Death Note isn't for everyone but I think you should try them again

One Piece is a great show but it suffers from age the early episode you start out on were made in 1999. If you make it past the water 7 arc and still have no interest then you should try another show. Deathnote is a great show idk if you watchd dub or sub but its one of the very few where I recommend the dub.
