I just looked this up on my Windows phone. I believe her name is Nadeshiko Yamato from Shugo Chara. use this picture of her Cosplaying as Hatsune Miku in her AvantGarde dress. And compare this picture to Nadeshiko Yamato from Shugo Chara on google images. I am saying this cause of the name title on the side of the picture That says Nadeshiko. Look this up Nadeshiko Yamato Shugro Chara and compare the girl character to this character in the picture of an Anime girl Cosplaying as Hatsune Miku in her

I don't think it's the same character and besides the Shugo Chara character "Yamato nadeshiko" is a general term used to described an ideal Japanese woman/housewife. Like I said it looks like they made it for their friend who's username is Nadeshiko, and the character in your image matches the character of their friends profile image; so like I said it's just fanart of their friends avatar. She's not from anything.
