Hmm, I'd say L is from the main character line up, not the secondary character line up.. :P

Waaaiiitt . . . From the way it was worded I assumed they meant any character that's not the main protagonist. Also, I believe L was meant to be portrayed as the antagonist of Death Note in a way, which was why I listed him. But, nevermind, I realize I took the question out of context.

Oh no worries, I just read the question as any main characters/antagonists/villains which can be more than one so I went to anime-planet to confirm what would be considered mains and L was one of them. He'd top my list otherwise xD
