I'm currently adoring Eve from "Black Cat". She's adorable and a great character at the same time (Even though I am aware she's a bio-weapon.)

I have three characters I just recently like or love from the "Gegege no Kitarō" franchise - Yumeko Tendou from the '85 anime version, Caroline from the movie "GeGeGe no Kitarō: Gekitotsu!! Ijigen Youkai no Dai-Hanran" and Nezumi-Otoko. I know he's (Nezumi) greedy, sneaky, conniving, lecherous and really smelly. His hands might be cold, filthy and clammy (if you touch them). But to me he's funny. And there are times when I would feel pity for him (like in episode #36 of the 1996 series): Being alone for centuries. No mother, no father, no siblings or even a "mate" to bear 'im children to carry his bloodline.
