In Hyperdimension Neptunia PS3 video game. Where do I find Red,Gust,Nisa and Spb. in the game? I can't find them anywhere. Look at my picture that I took from Youtube that shows you what I need so far in this game.

I can't find Red,Gust,Nisa and Spb. What am I doing wrong here? I am already to go into boss battle aginist that 1 girl green heart or whatever her name is. I forget her name. And I am stuck in boss battle fighting her. Youtube shows I need 4 more characters before I go into Boss battle and fight her. Does anyone know what I did wrong here? And how/where I can find Red,Gust,Nisa and Spb.in Hyperdimension Neptunia first video game. I need them to take down Green heart or whatever her name is. In boss battle.
