HELP: DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHOS THE ARTIST?!?

I recently found this insanely cute fan art of Marco and Jean from Shingeki No Kyojin (Attack on Titan), posing for a selfie, and kept it as wallpaper for my phone for quite awhile now but I really REALLY wanna know who the original artist is?
