Watch Kimi ni Todoke (left pic) It is the sweetest anime I've ever seen, gives you warm fuzzies x3

It's tough cause I've already seen most of yours or ones already posted. I'm not sure if any of these are what you are looking for but might as well give you some options:

Lovely Complex- more of a comedic romance but it has its cute moments

Fruits Basket- Not that overly sweet or sad but it has some moments. And might be too comedic

Natsume Yuujinchou- This is not short, several seasons long and it has it's adventure moments but man most episodes hit you right in the heart. It's not a romance though. But it's one of the sweetest animes out there. Slow paced anime without being boring. It is my number one favorite anime

Otome Youkai Zakuro- Once again, just has its cute moments. But overall there is mainly action and is prob the least feely anime on my list. But it has one of the sweetest couples Susukihotaru & Riken (but they are a minor couple)



Song is one of Natsume Yuujinchou's endings. It's just so pretty
