What is the name of this Anime? It looks interesting. I want to watch it so badly.

I wanna watch it. the girl reminds me of Hatsune Miku Vocaloid. Mainly cause of the way she looks. I need the name of this Anime and website names. Thank you for all your help in advance. :)
