How can I watch anime on ps3 PLEASE HELP!

I've been trying to watch english dubbed anime (naruto) on my ps3 but it doesn't seem to loud can someone tell me the best place of what I need to do please help!

Well I don't know how it works on the PS3 but you can just watch it online with your computer. I recommend Kiss Anime, they even have a mobile option so if you don't have a computer at the moment, you can use a tablet or phone. I hope I helped a little bit.
