uhh . . . I can't think of any spoken, but does a special kind of sign language count?

Sure, why not. A sign language DOES count as a language and at the same time it is another FORM of a language. So be my guest and go right ahead. Sign language is considered an overall LANGUAGE after all

Since sign language counts, then here:
In the anime Haibane Renmei, the mysterious Toga cannot speak out loud to other Haibane, or each other, neither can you speak in their presence. Instead, they use a special kind of sign language (pictured below).

In The Devil is a Part-timer! the language they originally speak is Entean (they are from another world called Ente Isla). I actually didn't know what it was based off of until I looked it up just now, but basically it is letter substitutions in English. So...

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

Human-----> Tupan
Sweet-----> Jfeeh
Moonlight-----> Poonlivth

Here is the video of them speaking.

Excellent choice. VERY interesting and fascinating invented language too :D Now what does Entean (the language of the demons and overall of Ente Isla) sound like to u? To me this language now sounds like a mixture of Latin, German, Russian, and Italian
