female tan anime character to cosplay?

There's a con coming near my place and all my friends are cosplaying but me.

I have long straight black hair, tan skin, and i'm pretty short.

I was thinking of doing either Seychelles from Hetalia or Korra from Legend of Korra. Do any of you know some other characters that are a bit well-known and good for cosplaying?
