Probably Haruhi Suzumiya. I don't really hate her but I do find she is annoying. Look at it this way. I am more like Kyon than I am her. Alot of what she does is a bit unnecessary if I watch more of the series maybe i'll like her but as of now no.

Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto. Yeah, yeah, sign my death warrant. In the beginning, I liked him too. Heck, he was my favorite character! But as the series (the first one, not Shippuden) went on, he got very emo-ish and angsty which I found ungodly annoying. Everything was this "inner turmoil" garbage with him, and he was a jerk when I quit the series. I couldn't really get into Naruto like other people could, but I did keep with it for about 90 episodes. The whole "downward spiral" kinda killed it for me, so I didn't get any farther. I heard that he gets a bit better in Shippuden, but I dunno. He has enough fangirls that he can afford to not have me as one of them.

I understand your point but if you actually know the reason for things he does, which you don't because you haven't finished Naruto not even close actually, you'd understand why he is the way he is. If you continued I can't say that you'd end up liking him but you probably wouldn't dislike him ..well you probably would he's a rollercoaster character.
Asuka Langley Sohryu. I don't hate her though, I just dislike her. Her sympathetic past keeps me from hating her. I know a lot of people love her and everything, and she is a developed character, I won't deny that, but....she's just so obnoxious. It keeps me from liking her. The way she treats Shinji and Rei and pretty much everyone around her, save Hikari. If she'd drop her pride for a bit and realize she doesn't have to be the best at everything, maybe I'd like her a little more.
L from Death Note. This guy has hardly any personality that interests me. His fan base thinks he's some sort of angel when he's not. He's just as bad as Light. He legit wanted to use the Death Note himself. (Will show proof when I find the page it was on or episode.) I despised what he did to Misa and overall he's a very boring character. At least Light was interesting.

Kisshu from Tokyo Mew Mew
I hate both of them. They're absolutely, 100% disgusting. I have never hated a character (or a person in general) more than these two. The only fictional character worse is Gamzee from Homestuck.
