I'm not sure what you mean by "Anime Team", so I'll go with the one I've posted before on a question similar to this.
Everyone on this team is powerful, for the most part. I'd say that Sinbad (Elemental Controller) and Revy (Weapons Expert) are the most powerful guy and girl, though.
