Anime recommendations please......

I'm looking for an anime that is short (under 30 episodes) for my friend. Her parents aren't strict so anything is really fine for her to watch.

Preferable:
-Mystery
-horror
-contains killing
-action
-limited romance a little bit is fine though

If you know one that's good and it's a little over 30 episodes, that will be fine but please say so. Thank you.

try DETECTIVE CONAN it isn't of less than 30 episodes but at least the episode aren't related. It has all the qualities listed above.
