It's in both sub and I believe dub, too. There's 1 or 2 movies that go along with it as well. I can't remember, though, since it's been a while since I last watched it.

Space Brothers isn't exactly romantic, but you can tell that the main characters has feelings for this one girl and he'll often blush and whatnot and so will she. You know, like anime characters do. It also doesn't say there's comedy, but I for, find scenes here and there to be funny.
I still have yet to finish it, though, since it, is, or rather, was, ongoing. There's around 20 or less episodes I stopped watching for a while there since I got tired of waiting each week.
