The one is Aguija, (no sur name because she's not human) from SRW OG anime! Her group is :
The Inspectors their second enemy.

its really good! all of the characters are interesting and believable (though madoka's moreso in the movie; shes probably the least interesting in the tv series) and the plot is so heartbreaking but also really well done. just watch it if you get the time, i guess!!
