Shissou, the ending theme to Ouran High School Host Club, is a song I now find to be quite meaningful and positive as well as uplifting. This song fits the series really well also

Fairy Tail in general has a very upbeat and positive soundtrack but Fiesta is my favorite.
07 Ghost doesn't have the most upbeat music, but I love how it retains a positive atmosphere while being so gentle.
I'm sorry for Pon Pon Pon, I know it's not anime, but I really like the song. I think most people think it's either terrible or awesome based on the video, but it's not just about a girl on crack dancing around her room, it actually has very happy, inspiring lyrics if you listen to a translation.

Yes, I know about that song very well: PON PON PON. In my case I like that song very much. Pretty catchy and upbeat
