This song is the ending of the OVA Another Story II , "Hikari" by the anime's character,Akaya Kirihara...While the first 15 seconds is the opening,"Aozora Stage" by the other characters,Tachikiri Tai (consists of Syusuke Fuji,Kuranosuke Shiraishi,Ryou Shishido and Senri Chitose)...

I love the opening for pandora hearts and break blade. I also like the third opening of d gray man which is doubt and trust.

My all-time favourite anime opening is 'For Fruits Basket'. I also like 'Soramimi Keiki' from Azumanga Daioh. 'Sorairo' and 'Serenade' (also from Fruits Basket) are nice too, though sadly I can't seem to find any English translations for the lyrics, they aren't openings though, just songs from the anime.
My favourite ending theme is 'Raspberry Heaven', also from Azumanga Daioh.
