I'll go with what I think of as "Shonen" style anime, rather than just anime geared towards boys.

1. Fairy Tail
2. Mushibugyo
3. Magi
Honorable Mention: Arata

Some other one I don't think of as "quite" classic shonen style, but are still definitely Shonen and have their share of combat and dilemmas are and liked Problem Children..., The World Only God Knows, and Hayate the Combat Butler.
