In Yu-Gi-Oh 5ds there are a lot of psychic duelists and there is even an organization called Arcadia that helps psychic duelists control their own powers .

Everyone who attends Psychic Academy. This used to be one of my favorite manga. It's got an anime, but I've never seen it. It's been a while since I've read it, so I don't remember what everybody's names are or what their powers are. One of the reasons I liked it was that it broke a few of the tropes at the time. The main character is not a loser (he doesn't have very much confidence in him self, but everyone else has confidence in him) and he actually dates one of the girls in the love triangle.

With the exception of Farfarello (the white haired one), the members of Schwarz have psychic powers.
