It's very defined and your shapes are excellent.

What I would suggest is that you don't use such thick lines when sketching with pencil as it doesn't look as sharp and put together. If you want thick lines, thicken them when you use ink by using a pen that draws lines thicker. You should let your tools work for you instead of drawing over the same line again and again. When you sketch with pencil, the picture should look about as bare as it can be (for manga drawing that is).

Overall, to me it looks like you're ready to start using more than just pencil.
