Not a lot of kind things to say about Dilandau Albatou from Escaflowne, who's really a little sh*t with some armed men under his command. Except that it's not his fault he's this way. The Zaibach Empire altered his personality to serve it. He was originally Allen Schezar's sweet little sister.
i'm not sure if the machine actually altered physically her gender or just made it so her personality became male. everyone in the show refers to Dilandou as a "he". the machine's basic function is to alter one's destiny.
