Yes, decent story with interesting characters, good action, suspense and extremely violent. Though the anime is left somewhat open ended with only 12eps + OVA, its still worth the watch. :)
And I would honestly say it's not worth watching. Highly disappointing. Fools you to believe that it seems to be going somewhere but just leaves you nowhere.
