You could try Valvrave the Liberator (if you haven't already) doesn't have a fictional language, but the some of characters have to become other than human. more along the lines of Garantia as far as action adventure and is mecha. The 1st season has just ended and the 2nd is slated for Oct.
i do recommend this even if its not exactly what your looking for,its fast paced, with awesome action, and some really good unexpected moments
