Anime Question

Post the weirdest looking human / human-like anime character you have ever seen .

For this I am posting Masakaki from [C] - Control

When I first started watching this anime Masakaki scared me due to how creepy he looks , but I soon got used to it and now I can easily say he reminds me of the Mad Hatter :)

I am actually a huge fan of D-Gray Man already and I must say the Earl is really weird looking . Also I know what the earl is from the magna , but i don't want to spoil it for anyone so if you want to know then ask me on my wall .
