Best Character Design? (in terms of looks, clothing, ect.)

I guess Black Rock Shooter and Allen Walker would count. Their clothing and look(especially BRS) is very detailed and awesome. Any more?

I absolutely LOVE both character designs of Kurumi Tokisaki from Date A Live. She is like my idol/girl-crush. xP The 'innocent schoolgirl' version is my kind of style, and her personality reminds me of myself.
