Katsuya Jonouchi-kun in Yu-Gi-Oh! (also known as Joey in the english dub) is a good at Duel Monsters probably not as good as Mr.Kaiba or Yugi-boy/The Anonymous Pharaoh but he's still pretty good at it,wouldn't have placed as high as he did if he didn't.
