Have you ever had to force yourself to not make an anime reference?

I've made a number of anime references a number of different times but the fact is no one really notices,I usually say Pastaaa like Italy from Hetalia on the nights we have pasta I usually have to resist the urge to say it but I say it anyway also there are times in Social Studies where I think of Hetalia characters..and sometimes I try to imitate random Pokemon at times..like once I said SONANSU!xD (That's Wobbuffet's Japanese name) and even though it's romanized as Sonans it's pronounced as Sonansu and I had to explain that..so I do but I never hold it back.

Yes, I do.
Once, I referenced Flying Mint Bunny, and no one got it. I've also made a reference to Fruits Basket by asking people what it becomes if snow melts.
I've also used the "gender-neutral-chibi-thing" joke from Hetalia.
No one got any of these references. AT ALL. xD

Constantly -_-' and if I DO make references I get 'WTF' ALL. THE. TIME.

Haha I have to force myself not to say anime stuff while getting yelled at a lot...
My mom: you're gonna end up with so much torture...
Me: is itachi gonna give me 72 hours of torture cuz I'm fine with that...

Too often, my friend...

One time, I was bored during break, so these two girls were talking (my best friends), and I sooo wanted to interrupt their 'girl talk' because I had nothing better to do, so I got down on all fours and starting crawling around them like a cat, and said:

"I am simply one Hell of a Cameron~ ;3" and like, the whole hall just stopped to look at me. So now, we always quote me saying that. xD

Though, I was definitely the only one who got the joke...-.-

I reference Light ALL the time. I say "I'll take a potato chip AND EAT IT!" every time I eat chips.

I say "Just as planned!" when something goes the way I panned it.

Every time someone does something I dislike I shout, "Such injustice! The world is rotten!"

I believe they think I'm insane by now. xD
I make other references too, but too many to list...and I have to control myself during exams and serious situations. ^^;
