Anime Question

Could someone please help me???

Hi there

I am looking for one sppecific anime that I can't remember the name of. It's 'bout a girl, who likes running. She's somewhere between 15 and 17 I guess. She's in love with a senpai who's gonna leave the country. And when she runs very fast, a boy is suddenly there. Later on he comes back with a dragon. The girl is also a fortune teller. she is from 'The Mysterius Moon' or something. The boy who came has wings, b'cause he is half...something. His country was burnt to the ground.
