Name a pairing you love with a character you hate/dislike in it

I wanna see how many people aren't biased. Because I see far to many people go 'I hate them, they get nobody'

I hate Misty, but I love her with Gary, Paul, and Brock. <3

well, it's the closest i have. i think i'd cringe at the thought of a pairing that included somebody i didn't like. but perhaps i'll think of an example later.
