I cried at this death just today when Birdy's caretaker marionette Violin died. What really set Birdy off was that she was living with a fantasy that her caretaker was a loving, mother-like living being and not a cold, unfeeling marionette. And seeing it broken into pieces shattered that illusion. Video doesn't have subtitles, but doesn't really need them.
