If you're looking for pure romance, all I know is Strawberry Panic. If comedy's ok too, there's Yuru Yuri (pure silliness), Maria Holic (strange and funny), and Sasameki Koto (comic but with some more serious undertones). Simoun is more of a serious sci-fi/fantasy action anime with Yuri mixed in with it. Koihime Musou is ancient historical action plus comedy plus yuri.
