He's from Kuroko no basket. It is a anime about Basketball. Basically there where five guy a part of a special group of very good basketball guys but there was a special six one (Kuroko). But this guy isn't him. this guy is named Ryōta Kise I luv this anime a lot!! It is also brand new. It came out April of this year. So you can only watch it subbed!! It really good and I recommend you watch it!!:D
