There's a reason why I think Yaoi is overrated and Yuri underrated. Seriously, it's like it's a rule of thumb that every question like this one be flooded with Yaoi.

seems to be a function of demographics to me. there seems to be many more females posting on any given topic than males, and they're more likely to post a yaoi than a yuri. just the way things are.

^ This isn't Yuri. This is a Yaoi pairing subjected to Rule 63. If the characters were originally female, THEN it'd be Yuri. However, seeing as how these two are male characters, this is a Yaoi pairing disguised as Yuri.
