Anime Question

HELP!!!!

I seen a anime in chinese and the chinese dubbers were fantastic but I don't know the english name for the anime and its really bothering me, can somebody help?

Its this blonde haired girl in high school and then finds this blue fairy thingy and then they both find an orange squid and then the girl's friends started to get the fairy thingys and they all have different kinds of instrument and they sometimes go to magical realms or something thats all I can remember...^.^'
