So hard to pick who draws them best...Chi-Ran, Kouyu Shurei, Matsuri Akino, Midori Motoni, Shin Mizukami, Minami Ozaki, Mamiya Oki, Ryouko Shito, Mineyo Maya, Duo Brand, Dr Ten, Aoike Yasuko, Chitose Piyoko, Tori Maya, Yana Toboso, Azumi Moka, Lee So-Young, Yamane Ayano, Tomoko Hayakawa, Sakia Higa, Asami Tojo, Kyujo Kiyo, & Ai Yazawa.

Of these I narrow it down to Kyujo Kiyo, Koyu Shurei, Tori Maya, & Tomoko Hayakawa as the best of the bunch.

For single animated character I pick Jack Barbarosa Bancoran from Boku Patalliro, the most blatantly Asian looking white British person in the history of forever.

@Prussia in the original design by Himaruya, they are violet. In the anime, they are blue. Himaruya is the creator and therefore, they are violet.
