Marisa Kirisame and Alice Margatroid from Touhou. I know it's a game but there's somethings I'd like to point out. Technically anything Japanese-animated is anime. There was actually a fan-made Touhou anime and Video game can have anime artwork so I rest my case. I'd also mention I have many favorites as well but those two came to mind.

XD yes yes we get it already is the most popular fairy tail character, it's been proven cause I haven't seen one guy have gray as their favorite and she beat natsu by a landslide. Oh and since erza was posted I posted akeno XD
