i heard there was this "L" guy in this anime that is cool , i know i've only watched the first episode but where is he, can u tell me when he will be in the anime :)

Sorry don't know what that is.
As for L he will be in the DEATH NOTE series for about half of it as sort of a second main character.

Well, I don't know ans show called death not, but in a show galled death note, L comes in around the second or third episode and stays for most of the series, and even after he leaves, they mention him in most episodes after.
