well seeing as you included Hell Girl, you seem to be using a very broad use of the term "horror"; seeing this, it would seem you define "horror" as an anime with a lot of death and/or which does not shy away from death

In which case, I HIGHLY!!! recommend Ga-Rei-Zero; watching the first episode you will be like "Hmm, pretty good, but just your normal fantasy/si-fi anime"; then the last 3 mins hit and your jaw WILL drop

Thanks, I added hell girl because when I google lots of people consider hell girl to be really scary, which I don't and so I thought I should add it because lots of people suggest it. I've also seen future diary, not very scary or horror but still loved it. Thanks for answering I'll check this one out as soon as possible it sounds great! :)

i could suggest rin daughters of mnemosyne though i dont think you could consider it a "horror" its more just on the viloince side, but it is something you could try :) then theres also mardock scramble which is a movie series & i did come to find some parts of that movie disturbing so i think that could also come to be a suggestion ^^ other than that youv basicaly seen all the other shows i could suggest to you :)

Hmm...Mirai Nikki (Future Diary), Chaos; Head has a sense of horror...Not much blood...I can say that there are not many scenes with blood, but the story is really psychological...If you like Higurashi and Umineko and I guess you do, you might also like Ookami Kakushi the third work of Ryukishi07 (creator of Higurashi and Umineko) :)
