What's the name of this little boy from Naruto?

Please help me guys! Not that long ago,I saw an episode of Naruto with a little boy in it.His ''father'' raised him when whe found him and was electrocutaded on a pole by evil people.He was the ''hero'' of the city too.But I just forget what his name is and I really want to know!
